Plain-language terms. By browsing, listing, or messaging on Nearra, you agree to these.

01

What Nearra is.

Nearra helps you discover the skills of people nearby and reach out to them. We connect neighbours — we are not a party to, and don't guarantee, any work, payment, or arrangement you make with someone you find here.

02

Your account & profile.

Browsing is free and needs no account. To list a skill, message someone, save people, or reveal a contact, you create a free account. Keep your profile honest and up to date, and only list skills you can actually provide. You can edit or remove your profile anytime.

03

Acceptable use.

Don't post illegal, fraudulent, hateful, or misleading content; don't harass other people or spam them with messages; don't scrape the site or misuse contact details you unlock. We may remove profiles or accounts that break these rules.

04

Messaging & contact.

Messages you send on Nearra are delivered to the other person and notify them. Treat revealed contact details as private to your conversation — don't republish or resell them.

05

Meeting safely.

For first-time, in-person tasks, meet in a public place, agree terms up front, and trust your instincts. How you proceed with anyone you meet is your responsibility.

06

No warranty, no liability.

Nearra is provided “as is.” To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for the conduct of users or the outcome of arrangements made through the platform.

07

Changes.

We may update these terms as Nearra grows. We'll keep the current version on this page.
